       ● Gabion production requirements：

       A. Each gabion is 100cm long, 100cm wide and 50cm high. The material is hot-dip 10% aluminum-zinc steel wire, coated with PE material.

       B. The gabion adopts three-twisting process, type: mesh 80mm×100mm; mesh wire Φ2.7mm, Φ3.7mm after coating; mesh edge wire Φ3.15mm, Φ4.15mm after coating.

       C. Gabion accessories: wire Φ2.2mm, Φ3.2mm after coating, distance 250-300mm.

       D. Gabion materials：

       ① The performance of hot-dip 10% aluminum-zinc steel wire meets the GB\T700-1988 standard.

       E. When the semi-finished gabion arrives at the construction site, it must be accompanied by the original factory quality certificate of steel wire and other materials. The construction unit must test the materials according to the design technical requirements before they can be used in the project.

       F. The filling material in the gabion can be stone or crushed stone. The filling stone should be uniform in texture, without cracks and weathering. The particle size of the filling material should be controlled to reach more than 80% of the particle size of 15-25 cm, and the rest should be filled with gravel with good gradation. The bulk density of the filling material and the mesh box should not be less than 1.8 tons/cubic meter.

      G. The construction of gabion wire cage should start from both sides of the riverbed and build the river slope from bottom to top. The finished gabion net should be put in place according to the drawing and then filled with stones. The gabion net must be carefully placed during the transfer and filling of stones, and the anti-corrosion coating on the surface of the aluminum-zinc steel wire of the gabion net must not be damaged. The facade should be placed flat and beautiful when the stone is stacked.
